The deficiency in this vitamin can caused increased free radical damage, in the vascular lining.

It has also been proven through research that vitamin E in some cases can help to improve glucose tolerance. This is a fat soluble vitamin that is one of the essential nutrients that is needed by the body and while it can help with maintaining diabetes, it can also help in lowering LDL cholesterol and help in preventing some neurological diseases.

There are two different types of vitamin E, one is natural and the other is synthetic, and there is only a slight difference between them, with natural being best.
