Apple cider vinegar is a natural way that helps to cleanse the digestive system without having to use any medications or chemicals. One recipe that really helps with vinegar is:
- a glass of water 20 oz
- 2 oz of apple cider vinegar
- 3 Splenda packets
You mix it together and drink. You can drink it all at once or take little small sips. It's always better to drink with your meal in case if you don't like the taste a lot but you can also drink it after the meal. Always drink plenty of water when you have Diabetes. When you get tired of water, you can switch to drinking sugar free tea.
