Food items you should eat: - Lots of fruits and plenty of vegetables Do exercise on regular bases so you can lose the weight needed to stay healthy. It's important to stay in control and not let your blood levels control you one way to do this is by going on short walks and not always sitting down. If you are not doing a lot of exercise you could be putting yourself in danger of possible blood clots. |
