What is Type II Diabetes?

A lot of people don't understand the difference between Type II and Type I. Not only that but most just have a little bit of knowledge about Type I when you should learn about both Diabetes. People might also think that Type I is the one that is popular but more of Type II then Type I.

Understanding Type II Diabetes:

- not enough insulin is produced
- cells usually ignore the insulin
- insulin must be used for glucose and energy
- your body breaks the sugar down after you eat
- glucose starts building up instead of breaking down the right way

Once the glucose starts building up and not getting treated the right way Type II is formed and other complications can result from this happening. If not treated right it could become a struggle between life and death. That is why you don't ignore the symptoms of Diabetes.
