Ways to reduce nerve pain: - keep track of your blood sugars and make sure they stay balanced - use moderation when doing exercise and eating - sleep at least 8 hours and drink a lot of water - call the doctor when you're in pain and don't put it off If you have a big change in your diet it might cause your blood levels to go up or down and that is why you should always make changes with moderation and do not over do it.
