You must be aware of your blood sugar and how it is rising and falls. This is called Diabetes management. There are ways to control your blood sugar. How to control your diabetes: - First you must eat healthy on a regular basics. Don't eat chocolate one day and exercise the next. Stay away from the chocolate and don't think that exercise will excuse you from chocolate. - Stay consistent and eat the same amount every day. Don't go back for seconds and have tiny meals. - Plan your meals in advance and don't wait until the last minute. This will help with moderation and planning things in accordance to medication. - Exercise and plan physical activity on a daily basics. Don't do things without your doctor knowing about it and even if you have questions about food you can always ask your doctor because he/she will be happy to answer. |
