What Drugs Help With Depression When Diabetic?

Studies have proven that taking antidepressants while being diabetic may actually cause you to develop type 2 Diabetes. They are still studying this to see why it would boost the risk of it up but they recommend not to take antidepressants for depression.

Instead they recommend to do things the natural way when you are diabetic. One of the things is by changing your diet and having more vegetables or fruit. Another thing that is recommended is exercise and to increase how much you are doing, not a lot but just even 20 minutes of exercise daily can make a difference.

If you are doing all the things that the doctor told you to and still suffer with depression it's best just to talk with him about it and see what other plans there are for you. Sometimes depression might also be a side effect of medication and he might have to switch and change treatments.
