Don't feel down when you hear that you have to stick with a certain diet when you have Type Two Diabetes. There are a lot of good foods that you can still eat and you can enjoy going out without having to worry to much. Some of the awesome foods that you can have are fresh and tasty vegetables, salads, beans, nuts and good whole wheat fiber items. There is lots of meat that you can eat like fish, turkey and almost any kind of lean meat is fine. What are the First Signs of Diabetes?

Having Diabetes makes your day really uncomfortable and some people think that maybe it's just from not having enough sleep. There are certain warning signs of Diabetes that you should know about if you are doing the same thing each day and getting frustrated.

Warning Signs Of Diabetes:

- Most patients usually use the bathroom a lot. They feel like they are using it almost all day. This is because of the kidneys and not being able to work the right way.

- You will always feel like you can't get enough to drink. If you don't get enough to drink you might get dehydrated from all of the stops to the bathroom.

- People often lose weight without doing anything. Some forget that this is a warning sign because they get so excited at the thought of losing weight. The pancreas is not working the way it should and therefore, you will usually lose weight.

- Feeling fatigued and weak all of the time is a common sign. You don't have all of the energy that you use to because of the body not working right.

- Your feet, legs and hands might feel numb or even have a tingling feeling.

- Possible blurred vision.

- Itchy and dry skin.

If you see these signs you should start writing them down and keeping track of what's going on with your body.
