Does Exercise Help With Diabetes?


Exercise helps when you have Diabetes for a lot of reasons but one of the main things that it helps with is blood circulation and helps to get your flow going the way that it should.

There are lots of exercises that you can do such as:

- jogging
- swimming
- brisk walking
- badminton
- yoga
- tennis

There are some Diabetic patients that only do around 15 minutes daily and that is really good. You don't want to go over or under the amount of exercise. Before you exercise always does warm-ups by stretching your body and legs for a couple of minutes. Even before going on a walk you should always do a warm-up to help gets the blood circulation going the way it should be flowing. Sudden activity might be harmful and that's why warm-ups are recommended. If you have a group of friends or a buddy it's recommended that the two of you walk together or do exercise together daily.
