What is High Blood Sugar?

When you have High Blood Sugar the doctors usually diagnose you with diabetes because your sugar levels are not where they should be causing you to have high blood sugar. There are lots of reasons why this can happen.

Some people have high blood sugar when they don't have enough insulin. When your body doesn't produce enough insulin it could cause serious health conditions that might even go further then Diabetes.

Another thing that could cause high blood sugar is just from having to much sugar then what you usually have. There are some warning signs that you should know about if you think that your blood sugar is really high.

Warning Signs With High Blood Sugar:

- thirst
- weight loss
- drowsiness
- increased appetite
- using the bathroom a lot
- more infections

It doesn't matter what your age is because you can still suffer from High Blood Sugar regardless of your age.
